Welcome to the 4th Co-ordination Action on Ocean Energy (CA-OE) Workshop to be held at INETI, Lisbon, Portugal. The main objective of the CA-OE is to bring a co-ordinated approach within key areas of Ocean energy research and development and to provide a forum for the longer term marketing of promising research deliverables. This workshop will provide a forum to the different research organizations and the fledgling ocean energy industry to interact and co-ordinate ongoing R&D efforts in the field of Wave and Tidal energy on a European and international level.
